Grumpy’s Garage Art from Kinderlift

Ski season’s over….but are you looking for something fun to hang on the wall in your den or office or kid’s room……….something that reminds you and your family of your favorite places to ski? Or maybe just some cool image, or you even want to create your own custom framed wall piece using your photo.

Well, we’re introducing something new this Spring : Grumpy’s Garage Art.

We’re using the same fabric we use in our ski vests then dye sublimating designs into the fabric – we then stretch and frame the fabric and you have Grumpy Garage Art. Take a look at some of the initial designs we’re offering.
Say you love skiing Colorado perhaps you’d want a famed image that lists all of the ski resorts in the state…we can also customize this to highlight your favorite resorts in a different color.

All of the pieces are printed via dye sublimation process onto polyester fabric and coated with a little matte finish sealer and then framed in a simple black wood frame. Size is 24” x 18” for landscape orientation and 18″x24″ for portrait orientation.

But wait, there’s more options. How about using your own photo? There’s a good chance we can take your photo and print and frame it. We’ve taken photos taken by smart phones and have enlarged and printed them, and they turned out great. Check out one we did for Steamboat and one for Mount Snow.

Priced at $49.95 + $15 for shipping (we put it in a large padded box to make sure it gets to you safely).
How long does this take? Well, probably about 2 weeks, we have some standard prints in stock, but to customize an image or take your photo and print and frame it, takes some time.

How to order:

If you like one of the standard designs – you can order below or visit our store here.

If you would like to customize a design then you’ll have to send me an email or call me and we can figure out what you’re looking for.

And…………………get ready…………the 2021 / 22 ski season is just around the corner.

[OK, in case you’re wondering, why Grumpy Garage Art? Well, several years ago when my granddaughter Ella was little she started calling me Grumpy. It stuck and now all the neighbor kids and parents call me Grumpy……and, you guessed it – I make these in my garage.]
